Do you offer free shipping?

YES! All orders are eligible for free shipping throughout the continental US.

We guarantee the product(s) you purchase from us will be of highest quality and will reach you in good condition. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged and unused item(s) with the original or gift receipt for a refund within a 14-day timeline from when you received your order

When do you ship orders?

Order processing takes 1-3 business days depending on holidays. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this email it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly or our confirmation email is getting caught in your spam filter. Please check the email address given is correct and add thejoliemarket@gmail.com to your exceptions list of your email client. If we have any questions or issues with your order a representative will attempt to email you first.

When do I receive my order?

U.S. standard shipping time is 2-10 business days after your order is completed. Rush shipping options are available during checkout. Once an item is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.

Does The Jolie Market offer shipping insurance?

Yes. For a small fee based on your order total, we have partnered with "Route" who make an insurance policy available for reimbursing or reordering in the unlikely event that a shipment is damaged, lost, or confirmed delivered and stolen. The option will be available to you on our cart page when you checkout.

How is my order delivered?

The Jolie Market orders are shipped via a combination of USPS, FedEx and DHL. They come in a poly-mailer, are oversized. The carrier may leave a note, and your shipment with the doorman or at your apartment's door. If you are delivering to a non-secure location, for a very small fee, you can insure the shipment against theft.

Does The Jolie Market ship internationally?

The majority of orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California.
